Please allow extra time for deliveries during the holiday period. Couriers are operating at full capacity and increasingly difficult weather conditions will also effect delivery schedules.

All small and medium items such as taps and showering accessories will be delivered by courier within 2-3 days of placing your order.

All large and extra large items will be delivered within 7 working days, in reality delivery is usually turned around within 3-4 working days. Larger fragile bathroom fittings are sent via a one man pallet delivery service. Palletised items are 'Doorstep Deliveries' or into garages, delivery personnel are not insured to carry goods into properties.

A phone number needs to be supplied with all orders before any of our couriers will attempt delivery.
