The Hudson Reed Guarantee
Exceptional quality is one of the key factors contributing to Hudson Reed’s success. They offer a 20-year guarantee, unless otherwise stated, against manufacturing defects on all products when used in normal domestic applications (excluding serviceable parts, neglect or abuse). Additionally, Hudson Reed guarantee the surface finishing, twenty years on chrome (unless otherwise stated) and five years on Stainless Steel.

Phoenix Product Guarantee Terms & Conditions
All product guarantees are subject to the following terms & conditions. The product has been fitted/installed in accordance with the appropriate fitting instructions where supplied, local bylaws and general good plumbing practice. The product has been maintained and cared for in accordance with the instructions (including regular and appropriate cleaning). If any product has been modified, misused, neglected, willfully or accidentally damaged then the product guarantee is invalid. In the event of a guarantee claim, the liability of Phoenix is limited to the product supplied and does not extend to consequential loss or damage arising from defective product. The guarantee applies to the original purchaser ONLY and is not transferable. This guarantee does not affect your stutory rights and is applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland.
