Pivot Shower Doors

Pivot shower doors are the perfect solution for a recess showering space. Single pivot doors are available in a range of sizes including 700, 760, 800, 900, 1000 and 1200mm. A healthy degree of adjustment means that some of the 700mm options are able to fit a space of only 650mm wide.

A corner shower enclosure with pivot door is possible with the addition of a matching side panel. These are offered in similar sizes to the doors.

There's very little to go wrong with a pivot hinge shower door, with the pivot itself being the only mechanical part. The fact that the hinge is offset also means that the door doesn't fully open out into your bathroom, saving a little bathroom space over hinged shower doors, whilst still offering a healthy entry width. This also puts less stress on the pivot joint with some of the door weight positioned behind the pivot.

The fact that the door does open out into the bathroom means you should plan carefully the location of toilets and basins that might be located nearby.

All the models offered feature sturdy 5-6mm thick glass. This gives a nice feel to the opening and closing action while not stressing the hinge point with too much weight.
